Podium Presentation Requirements

Podium presentations are limited to 6 minutes and will be timed. To confirm you will present please complete the Attestation Form at https://www.xcdsystem.com/datatrace/abstract/index.cfm?ID=QcKsuF6 by September 29th. PowerPoint presentations will also be submitted through this link and are due by October 11th. See the AV Instructions for complete directions.

The presenter for all accepted abstracts is required to make a $75 nonrefundable deposit toward your meeting registration no later than August 11th or register in full now at https://www.eoa-assn.org. Presenters must register for the meeting. Failure to make a deposit or register by August 11th, will result in your paper being automatically withdrawn from the program.
*NOTE* If your presentation is withdrawn without notice, this will result in your Institution being sanctioned from award eligibility for 2 years.

Please have your coauthors go to https://www.xcdsystem.com/datatrace/abstract/index.cfm?ID=QcKsuF6 and complete the Mandatory Financial Disclosure Forms. All co-authors must complete a Financial Disclosure Form in order for you to present at the meeting. It is your responsibility to have your co-authors complete the form. Disclosure information must be updated yearly. Your presentation will be removed from the program if all of your co-authors do not complete the Disclosure Form by September 29th.

All abstract presenters are required to register for the meeting. If you are a Resident or Fellow, please register at the Resident/Fellow registration fee. Resident Award winners were sent a code in the award letter to use to have the fee waived.

Each person is limited to two abstract presentations on the EOA Scientific Program, including podium presentations and posters. You may only designate someone else as the presenter for your abstract if they do not have two presentations on the program.

The ACCME requires the Mandatory Financial Disclosure Form be completed by all authors and coauthors in order for you to speak at the meeting. In addition, they require that the 1st or 2nd slide of your presentation include your disclosure statement.  This slide should outline the disclosure information included on the disclosure form.

All PowerPoint presentations must be submitted prior to the Annual Meeting.  Please refer to the AudioVisual Instructions for complete format and download information.
