Poster Instructions
for the
Eastern Orthopaedic Association’s 41st Annual Meeting,
October 13-16, 2010 in Naples, Florida
Posters are displayed Thursday, Friday and Saturday, October 14, 15, and 16 and are available for viewing from approximately 6:00 am – 1:30 pm, daily. Please Note: Poster presenters will need to be available to answer questions on Thursday from 6:00-6:55 am and 12:45-1:45 pm; on Friday from 6:00-6:55 am, 1:00-2:00 pm and at the Exhibitor/Poster Reception on Friday evening, 5:30-7:30 pm; and on Saturday from 6:00-6:55 am and 12:05-1:05 pm.
Poster Preparation Instructions:
1) The poster board itself is 8’x 4’ landscape. Please do not make your poster any larger than 6’x 4’ landscape.
2) Push pins will be needed to attach the poster to the poster board.
3) Poster set-up is scheduled for Wednesday, October 13, 2:00-5:00 pm. Please have your poster set-up no later than 5:00 pm on Wednesday, October 13th.
4) Poster tear-down is scheduled for Saturday, October 16th at 1:30 pm. Posters that are not removed by then will be discarded.
